Typhoon

June, 2002 TYPHOON is a unique playreading festival promoting the best of contemporary East Asian drama that has not been presented in Britain before. It is a showcase of work by East Asian playwrights from China, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan and the U.S.A.

A different rehearsed reading of a play was presented every day through the week at the Soho Theatre - a feast of discovery for all theatre lovers.

This project was supported by Esmée Fairbairn Foundation, Soho Theatre and the City of Westminster.
