Silk Web continues in the form of a larger scale, 4 year bilingual playwriting project. Working with state schools and supplementary language schools, students learning Mandarin in London and students learning English in Beijing will be linked together via the Internet, chronicling their urban lives in the light of the Olympic Games, creating short scenes and plays to be performed by the students themselves. Yellow Earth will be working together with partner organisations; British Museum and Webplay on this exciting 4 year project.
