Accessing downloadable documents
Documents are available to download from this site in a number of formats: Portable Document Format (.pdf) and Word (.doc). If you have difficulty accessing a downloadable document please contact us.
To view a Portable Document Format document, you need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader program which is available free of charge from the Adobe website. Adobe also offer a number of online conversion tools at http://www.adobe.com/products/. Wherever possible we have provided a number of alternative formats for documents.
To view a Word document you should have either a version of Word or one of the free Word readers available from Microsoft. Microsoft's Word reader software is available from www.microsoft.com.
Accessing video content
To play video content you will need the Flash Player. Most modern browsers will come preinstalled with the Flash Player, but this can also be downloaded for free from the Adobe website.
Screen resolution and browsers
This website is best viewed on a screen showing at least thousands of colours with the resolution set to 1024 by 768. For best viewing, your browser should have images, javascript and CSS1 and 2 turned on. Should any of these be unavailable, however, you should still be able to find the information you want.
