Board:Yellow Earth is actively seeking Board Members from areas that are currently under-represented, such as finance, marketing, disability, organisational development and experience of working on charitable trusts and foundations.
We are looking for professional people who will be committed Board Members and who will play an active part in setting the policies of the company with the Artistic Director and General Manager.
Company vacancies:
We advertise vacancies on our website and through the national and theatre industry press.
Casting:
When we are casting we will approach someone directly or via their agent if they are ideal for a particular role, and we do try and see as much work as possible throughout the year. We regularly advertise through SBS, use Spotlight or talk to other companies, and occasionally, we work with casting directors or advertise in PCR, Castweb, etc.
Work experience placements:
Young directors nearing the end of their training have the opportunity of working closely with the Artistic Director in rehearsal for the current production. Placements are possible with the Education Associate on Outreach projects. There is also the possibility of working as an intern with administration and marketing.
